All tables orders will be processed and shippedwithin 5 business days. Depending on your location your shipment will reach the nearest terminal between 7 to 15 business days. The freight company should then contact you to schedule a delivery time. The delivery appointment will be schedule during the business week (excluding holidays) and require a four-hour shipping window for the appointment.

If you purchased accessories with your table, they will be packaged in separate boxes. If one of your table component is missing or if the accessories box is not on top of the box, please contact at the contact info at the bottom of this page.

Cornilleau tables include a comprehensive warranty that is the best in the industry.  Our tables adhere to the European Safety Standard EN 14468.  Safety is our priority, thus Cornilleau goes above this standard.  The product warranty covers defects in materials and manufacturing.

If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product you can refuse the delivery.  At that time it is helpful if you have picture documentation.  It is important you contact our SUPPORT as soon as any delivery issue is discovered, at support@playsstyle.com. 

Any concealed damage must be reported via email with photos tosupport@playsstyle.com within 5 business days from delivery.  We will not accept a reported issue if received any later than the 5 days.  We do not accept returns if a customer changes their mind or they claim the product does not fit their space.
