Delivery Information
All tables orders will be processed and shippedwithin 5 business days. Depending on your location your shipment will reach the nearest terminal between 7 to 15 business days. The freight company should then contact you to schedule a delivery time. The delivery appointment will be schedule during the business week (excluding holidays) and require a four-hour shipping window for the appointment.
If you purchased accessories with your table, they will be packaged in separate boxes. If one of your table component is missing or if the accessories box is not on top of the box, please contact at the contact info at the bottom of this page.
Warranty
Cornilleau tables include a comprehensive warranty that is the best in the industry. Our tables adhere to the European Safety Standard EN 14468. Safety is our priority, thus Cornilleau goes above this standard. The product warranty covers defects in materials and manufacturing.

Return
If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product you can refuse the delivery. At that time it is helpful if you have picture documentation. It is important you contact our SUPPORT as soon as any delivery issue is discovered, at support@playsstyle.com.
Any concealed damage must be reported via email with photos tosupport@playsstyle.com within 5 business days from delivery. We will not accept a reported issue if received any later than the 5 days. We do not accept returns if a customer changes their mind or they claim the product does not fit their space.

Point counters
- Who will be the first to reach eleven points and win the game? There will now be no excuse for making a mistake, intentionally or unintentionally, in counting points. When you don't wish to use them, for example when playing in a round-robin format, you can simply fold them back under the table.

Fixed net with adjustable tension
- After unfolding your table, you'll simply need to adjust the net with a single movement. This will ensure it's perfectly taut. Neat and precise, it will remain well-adjusted over time.

Storage for balls and rackets
- The INSTINCT table is equipped with very practical storage. Along the sides of the table, you can place your rackets and balls. You can start a game whenever you want, without having to search for them.

Simplified foot adjustment
- The INSTINCT table features a highly intuitive system that simplifies leg adjustment. Simply rotate the top of a leg to level your table effortlessly. There's no need to lift the table, as the mechanism is independent of the leg and not directly connected to the floor. Simple and effective.

Anti-reflective coating
- To ensure your ping pong match goes as smoothly as possible, you shouldn't be bothered by the sun's reflections on the table. The SOFTMAT finish applied to the INSTINCT table reduces the intensity of sunlight reflections three times more than a table without this treatment.

- Not every garden has perfectly level ground, yet your ping pong table needs a flat playing surface. A thick frame to keep the tabletop straight
- The frame is the metal structure that supports the playing surface. The higher it is, the more it ensures the tabletop remains flat over time. The frame of the INSTINCT table, like all Cornilleau outdoor tables, is made of Aluzinc®, a corrosion-resistant steel/aluminum/zinc alloy renowned for its exceptional strength. At 40 mm high, the INSTINCT table has a sufficiently thick frame to provide excellent support.

Two brakes.
- Even on a sloping surface, your table will stay in place while you're playing, and also when it's folded and stored. The two brakes on the INSTINCT table ensure it remains stationary when engaged.

A secure locking system
- The INSTINCT ping pong table features 8 locking points, in accordance with current standards. This system ensures the playing surfaces remain perfectly horizontal during play and vertical when the table is stored. To activate it, simply press the buttons located on the sides of the table.

The compact table: less bulk, more safety
- The COMPACT TECHNOLOGY® folding system designed by Cornilleau reduces the risk of tipping, prevents children from getting between the tabletops when the table is folded, and makes opening and closing the table easier.
