Delivery Information
All tables orders will be processed and shippedwithin 5 business days. Depending on your location your shipment will reach the nearest terminal between 7 to 15 business days. The freight company should then contact you to schedule a delivery time. The delivery appointment will be schedule during the business week (excluding holidays) and require a four-hour shipping window for the appointment.
If you purchased accessories with your table, they will be packaged in separate boxes. If one of your table component is missing or if the accessories box is not on top of the box, please contact at the contact info at the bottom of this page.
Warranty
Cornilleau tables include a comprehensive warranty that is the best in the industry. Our tables adhere to the European Safety Standard EN 14468. Safety is our priority, thus Cornilleau goes above this standard. The product warranty covers defects in materials and manufacturing.

Return
If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product you can refuse the delivery. At that time it is helpful if you have picture documentation. It is important you contact our SUPPORT as soon as any delivery issue is discovered, at support@playsstyle.com.
Any concealed damage must be reported via email with photos tosupport@playsstyle.com within 5 business days from delivery. We will not accept a reported issue if received any later than the 5 days. We do not accept returns if a customer changes their mind or they claim the product does not fit their space.

Springs outside the jump zone
- By using the Spring trampoline, there's no risk of landing on the springs between bounces. They are separated from the jumping area by a net. Thanks to this simple design, you can have fun and enjoy the joys of trampolining safely.

A double-layered cushion for even better shock absorption
- The springs, although located outside the jumping area, are covered with a cushion incorporating two layers of micro-ventilated foam, composed of very small cells. Their exceptional fineness allows for better shock absorption. This also has a positive impact on the foam's longevity, as the numerous, fine cells allow for better distribution of the force they absorb.

A flexible and taut protective net
- Specifically designed to protect while cushioning, the Spring trampoline net is firm enough to effectively contain impacts yet flexible enough for a comfortable feel. This feat is made possible by a specially developed, dense yet supple mesh. The net thus provides gentle protection that lasts.

Curved posts so they never get touched
- The Spring trampoline's poles have a curve symmetrical to that of the net, and not just for aesthetic reasons. This prevents any contact with them when you're on the trampoline's jumping surface. Even when jumping sideways, there's no risk of colliding with a pole. For those who play around the trampoline rather than inside it, we've covered these poles with thick protective foam.
